• Cancellation by You: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for refund.
• Cancellation by Astrologer: If an astrologer cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No-Show: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
